Starting today you can chat with helpdesk@matc.edu in Google Hangouts by clicking the plus sign ( + ) in the upper left and searching “MATC-IT Helpdesk.” The Help Desk is currently staffed 8 a.m.-7 p.m.

Welcome to MATC Information Technology Help Desk Services. Help Desk Services provides computer hardware and software support for academic and administrative functions of the college. The department also supports students and faculty in general purpose labs at each of the three outlying campuses as well as providing Help Desk services at all campuses.
Hours
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Voicemail Attendant Only)

Step 1 - Filling out a HELP DESK ticket
FOR FIRST TIME USERS
Step 1: Do you have an active MATC Account?
- Yes: Continue to step 2
- No: Contact the Help Desk to get your username and the default temporary password.
Step 2: Do you know your MATC Password?
- Yes: Continue to step 3
- No: Reset your MATC password at: https://slpwm2.matc.edu/pwm
Step 3: Visit: https://matc.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/34/Portal/Home/

Step 4: Click "Submit a Ticket/Request"
Step 5: Click "IT Ticket Request"
Step 6: Click on the Service you require
Step 7: Click "Request Service"
Step 8: Login with your MATC Account
Step 9: Please fill in as much information as needed to address your issue and click Request button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Returning Users
Submit a Request using the following link

and follow steps 4-9 above.
