Education expenses are based upon the cost of tuition, books, class supplies, food, housing, transportation, and personal and miscellaneous expenses. Child care costs, additional fees for high-cost programs, loan fees if applicable, and other related educational expenses may also be included upon the student's request. The tuition cost is determined by the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board. All other costs are determined by recommendations from the WTCS Financial Aid Budget Workgroup.
