What We Do

We all have untapped potential, gifts and abilities to excel beyond the mediocre life...Scholarships and grants make a huge burden lifted, especially when someone considers going back to school later in life, who has a family and full-time or part-time job.

Support MATC Students

The MATC Foundation is dedicated to making college accessible to accelerate careers and deliver skilled talent to our region’s workforce. More than two-thirds of MATC students qualify for financial aid, but without scholarships and grants provided through the generosity of private donors, many struggle to pay for their education, delaying their dreams to build a better life for themselves and their families.

Student Emergency Fund

More than their counterparts at four-year colleges, MATC students are likely to come from low-income households and be first-generation college students. Often they attend school part time while working or taking care of children. They may be single parents, have a disability or be a returning veteran. An unexpected event can easily derail their education — a job loss, a sick child, a flat tire — and put them at risk of dropping out of school. Private donations help students weather temporary financial challenges so they can stay in school and complete their programs. Donate Now
