DW Restroom Improvements DMC S313, S317 & OCA 219 - 221 | This project involves complete upgrades to two sets of men's and women's public restrooms including one on the third floor of the Downtown Milwaukee Campus S-Building and the other at the Oak Creek Campus Aviation Center. There will be new tile floors and walls, ceiling tile systems, toilet stalls, along with new plumbing fixtures, lighting and mechanical systems. M Building M440 Anatomy/Physiology Classroom/Lab | This project renovated an existing computer classroom into a classroom/lab for the Anatomy & Physiology program. This classroom/lab also the last of three A&P classes to be relocated from the sixth floor of the Main Building to the fourth floor. DMC - Main & C-Building Entry Door Replacement | The named project is to replace the deteriorated doors and adjacent supporting structural components. The door openings and doors are badly damaged due to weather and salt corrosives. The project plan is to replace the three M-Bldg Doors at entries numbered One, Two and Four and C-Bldg Doors at entries Two and Five. DMC - Pharmacy Tech Lab Remodel | As part of the HEC Building vacation, the Pharmacy Tech program was relocated to the fourth floor of the Main Building in to space vacated by the Physical Therapy program relocation to the Mequon Campus. DMC M District Wide Corridor Improvement | Remodel of the second floor corridors for the Downtown Milwaukee campus, Main (M), Continuing Education (C) and Technical (T)Buildings. DMC Mise en Place Baking Lab Improvements M686/M692 | Construction and remodel of an outdated Bakery and Culinary Labs located in the Main Building at the Downtown Campus Labs. DMC Restroom Improvements M551, M608, M608A/B, M624 | Upgrades to restrooms providing men's and womens's room on the 6th floor of the Main building. The room M551 space is being updated to make it more user friendly and energy efficient. M624 will be an office suite for three members of staff. DMC C Building Data Center Improvements | Renovation of the C building data center in the 3rd floor. This is considered phase 2 of 3. New electrical and mechanical rooms will be built out in the east & west adjacent spaces to provide redundant power & cooling for the data center. C Building Fire Protection Phase 1 | Installation of new electrical and water services for the C building. New fire pump room was built on the first level of the C building mechanical room. Its design will allow natural outside light to transmit throughout the entire newly renovated space. It will also house the Finance Office Suite.. DMC - Student Center - Coffee Shop - S114A |
Remodel of an approximate 400 square foot area of the southwest portion of the first floor of the S-Building, located at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus, into a new Student Center Coffee Shop. It will include a Café and adjacent Lounge. The new layout will have new commercial equipment, painted drywall partitions and soffits, countertops, base cabinets, sneeze guards, ceiling tile system, overhead rolling security grilles, and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment. | Spring 2021 | Summer 2021 |
DMC - Student Center - Level 1 - Remodel S114-120 | Renovation of the existing Job Shop, auditorium and shared spaces on the southwest of the first level of the Student Center at the Downtown Campus. The project will remodel the space for the Enter pillar departments that serve prospective students: Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid and Cashier’s Office. This project is proposing new carpet tiles throughout most rooms with vinyl tile to be installed in break room. All walls wiill be painted. Standard ceiling tiles and drywall ceilings will be installed. New lighting will be installed along with updated HVAC equipment and building automation system digital controls. DMC S Building Generator Replacement | This generator is located back of the C building adjacent to the new Data Center. The project includes power to a new fire pump in Foundation Hall. Emergency power for life safety systems in FH and S buildings; backup power for a new command center in FH; plus backup power for future connections to various small HVAC loads designed to keep from freezing in the winter. DMC Student Center AHU Replacement S400 | Removal of six air handling units in the Student Center penthouse - S400 that serve the 3rd floor cafeteria, kitchen, student area & seating area. DMC T Building Green Roof Structural Improvements | This project is the first stage of the total Green Roof Project on the T Building. Structural steel will be added to the 2nd floor roof area from inside the building to carry the added Green Roof items. This work includes removal of most of the interiors in T200 and some of the items in T202 and T210. Once completed, the exterior windows will be removed as required so the steel beams can be brought into the space and installed. After all of the structural steel is completed, the interiors of T200, T202 & T210 will be restored to their original condition. | Fall 2021 | Summer 2022 |

DMC Fire Protection Improvements FH 5-8 | This project will provide a continuation of the sprinkler system on floors 5-8. This will include a fire pump to provide appropriate pressure for the sprinkler heads throughout the Foundation Hall Building. The Foundation Hall project will also provide life safety upgrades to the lighting system in Foundation Hall and the S Bldg. Currently Foundation Hall and the S Bldg. have emergency lighting powered by battery powered lighting systems. This project will provide new LED emergency lights throughout the facility the facility powered by emergency circuits provided from a new Life Safety Panel powered by the S bldg. generator. Additionally, there are alternates to replace the west stairwell doors and frames on floors 5-7, one to create a raised opening in the 3rd floor to create higher ceiling area as you enter FH from the S Bldg, and replace the coiling door on the first floor into the loading dock with a double door along with replacing the first floor sectional door and frame between the entry and stairwell. | Summer 2022 | Winter 2023 |

8th & State Parking Structure Security Improvements | This project consisted of security improvements for the parking structure that included: new LED lighting throughout the parking and lobby areas, a new air conditioning unit & exhaust fan to cool the IDF closet on the first floor, and add a bike rack & fixstation on the first level of the structure. | Summer 2020 | Spring 2021 |
DMC 8th & Juneau Stormwater Pocket Park | A new park that was designed to help retain and control ground water in that area that also includes new trees, shrubs, flowers and other plantings to beautify the area. The park has a retention basin that holds and releases water slowly into the sewer system thus helping with the reduction of stormwater in the overall system. It also created an area for residents and visitors to walk through and rest while being in this part of the city. DMC Underground Storage Fuel Tank Upgrades | The old steel underground fuel storage tank and controls was replaced with two new 1000 gallon fuel tanks, one for gasoline and one diesel fuel. The new system incoporates the newest safety equipment and systems for this use. MATC uses these fuels to operate their fleet of trucks, mowers and snow moving equipment. Mequon Mechanical Services | Installation of new equipment in the Mechanical Room ME-A145 including a water-to-water heat pump, hot water pumps, chilled water pumps, geothermal water pumps, etc. to assist in running the new geothermal system. There will also be some minor updates to the mechanical room to allow this mechanical room to be an educational experience viewing from the hallway with new windows showing off the new equipment and colored insulated piping. The contractor will also be adding a new entrance door from the hallway with a staircase to access the room easier for educational tours to get the full view of the mechanical room. | Spring 2020 | Fall 2021 |

MQC Geothermal | The geothermal borefield is being installed on the west side of the campus adjacent to the pond & parking lot. It will consist of 160 bore wells at 500 feet deep. This system will assist in heating our building in the winter and cool it in the summer. This project deals with a new OCC Baseball Artificial Turf Field project that will change the existing all grass infield and outfield to synthetic turf. OCC Dust Collector Replacement | This project deals with a dust collector located at the Oak Creek Campus which needs to be replaced. The existing dust collector is 30 years old and has reached its useful life. The new unit will be more energy efficient and is designed for future expansion that will include the removal of debris from other machines.
