The bakery on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus is open 9 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays. and Thursdays. Purchase soups, artisan breads, to-go meals and baked goods, prepared throughout the campus.
The 6th Street Bakery on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus is now located on the first floor of the Main Building (Room 175A).
Students in the college's baking programs prepare products and assist with sales. Program faculty members provide instruction and supervision, and students learn many facets of a retail bakery operation.
