Welcome to the 6th Street Bakery, located on the first floor of the Downtown Milwaukee Campus Main Building (Room 175A). We offer a variety of freshly baked goods, crafted by our talented Baking & Pastry Arts students. Grab a seat at one of our cafe tables to enjoy a pastry and coffee, or take your treats to go. Your purchases help support our students as they learn the many facets of running a professional bakery alongside our program faculty and staff.
6th Street Bakery Hours of Operation
The 6th Street Bakery will be open on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., starting November 3rd, 2026.
