Paul Zinck
Paul Zinck started as MATC’s vice president, administration and operations in March 2025.
Reporting directly to MATC President Anthony Cruz, Ed.D., Zinck oversees Finance; Facilities Maintenance; and Facilities Planning, Sustainability and Construction; Information Technology; Bookstores; and Food Services.
Zinck is a seasoned finance and administration leader with more than 15 years of executive experience in higher education and public administration.
Before coming to MATC, he served as vice president for finance and administration at Carroll University, overseeing a $90 million budget, 1.3 million square feet of facilities, campus police and fiscal operations. Previously he was vice chancellor for finance and administration at St. Louis Community College.
A 20-year U.S. Army veteran, Zinck holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from McKendree University, and has earned multiple finance and leadership certifications.
