Replacement Board positions
Notice is hereby given that the Board Appointment Committee of Milwaukee Area Technical College District Board will accept applications for the remainder of the following two (2) positions:
School District Administrator - March 2026 expiring June 30, 2026
Additional Member - March 2026 expiring June 30, 2028
Individuals who reside in the MATC District are eligible to serve as an “Additional Member.”
A “School District Administrator” is defined as someone employed as a school district superintendent, supervising principal, or other person who acts as the administrative head of a school district, and who holds an administrator’s license.
In the appointment process, equal consideration is given to the general population distribution within the MATC District and the distribution of women and minorities. In addition, equal consideration is given to the distribution of minorities within the City of Milwaukee.

Applicants must complete and submit the required application form and at least two letters of reference supporting their nomination to the District Board, and attend a public hearing of the District Board Appointment Committee at which time they will be interviewed.
Paper applications can be obtained from Milwaukee Area Technical College - District Administration Office, 700 West State Street, Room M278, Milwaukee, WI 53233. Paper applications will be accepted no later than 5:00 PM January 27, 2026; and electronic applications will be accepted no later than 11:59 PM, January 27, 2026.
